HI KRIS!

WELCOME TO
GRUNT WORKERS.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your business.

We are confident that you will enjoy the process, success, hard work, and the communication of your new staff member(s) here at Grunt Workers.

Here are a few steps that will help you get started with your newest staff member:

  • Schedule a call with Ghen Estomo by emailing her at [email protected] as soon as practical. Ghen Estomo may have already emailed you so be on the lookout for that, too!
  • Create an in-house email address for her at your company
  • Invite that new in-house email address (from Step 2) to all of your preferred communication channels (Google Chat, Slack, Skype, Discord, or any other platform that you prefer to use)
  • Invite that new in-house email address (from Step 2) to your project management software (or if you wish, you can use our Trello instance and we can create a board for you there)
  • Introduce Ghen Estomo to your projects, tasks, and documentation so she can learn how you like to do things
  • Begin assigning work to Ghen Estomo!
  • Provide feedback regularly so Ghen Estomo can improve, learn how you like to do things, and increase their productivity

Attached is our Grunt Workers HR information sheet. It includes information about Holidays, sick days, and other standard HR staff guidelines.

Thank you,
