The Grunt Workers HR team manages your staff member behind the scenes, helping them grow and become the best staff member they can be for you.
Your new staff member has regularly scheduled coaching sessions where we evaluate their work, pass along your good or constructive feedback, and more in a positive encouraging environment. We also encourage them to develop additional skills, communicate regarding their other skills, and we ask them to help your business grow!
We allow 5 paid sick leaves. Each Grunt Worker has 10 emergency leaves, but they are NOT paid and emergency leaves must be made up as soon as practical.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Grunt Workers are extremely talented individuals who live in the Philippines.
We allow 13 paid Holidays if they fall on a business day.
Here are the 13 Philippine or religious Holidays that are paid:
Note: Christian Holidays may be swapped around based on the Grunt Workers’ religion. We will notify you, or your Grunt Workers staff member will notify you, should this occur.
